    About Dominic O'Dierno

    Entrepreneur and Business Development Specialist

    The CEO of Amare, a business consulting firm, Dominic O'Dierno laid the foundation for his career as an entrepreneur and consultant by attending the University of Oregon, where he earned a bachelor of science in finance and marketing in 1989. As a student, Dominic O'Dierno achieved a 3.7 GPA and regularly made dean's list. He was also a member of honor organizations, including the Golden Key National Honor Society and Mortar Board.

    After working as the vice president of a regional security firm, Dominic O'Dierno focused on business reorganization as the co-founder and vice president of Peregrine Holdings, Ltd., from 1991 to 2001. Specializing in privately held companies with annual sales of up to $150 million, he assisted with capital funding requirements, strategic development, operations, investor relations, and due diligence. Additionally, for three years, he served as president of a subsidiary company charged with developing and monitoring all operational and financial aspects of the company.

    In 2001, Dominic O'Dierno co-founded Eid Passport, Inc., and he went on to develop and implement capital requirements, shareholder relations, intellectual property protection, and strategic contracts and other strategic solutions. He helped N.A.S.A., the Department of Homeland Security, and other U.S. government institutions achieve their security goals before leaving Eid Passport to join the Amare consulting firm in 2012. Today, he leverages his experience in the area of business development to offer personalized business advice and solutions to his clients.
